Article 14. Any concessionaire (that is, the concessionaires of categories 1, 2 and 3; the same shall apply hereinafter) shall, when he intends to suspend or close his business, notify such intention to the Director of the Regional Civil Aviation through the Airport Administrator in the case of a category 1 concessionaire or to the Airport Administrator in the case of a concessionaire in category 2 or 3.
(Temporary Use of Facilities)
Article 15. Any person who intends to use the airport facilities temporarily for the purposes of a public address, raising contributions, advertisement, or other similar activities, shall obtain approval from the Airport Administrator.
(Approval for Charges or Fees)
Article 16. Any person who is a category 1 concessionaire and is engaged in the business designated by the Minister of Transport, shall, when he intends to establish a charge or fee, or to make alteration therein, obtain approval from the Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau through the Airport Administrator.
(Use and Handling of Motor Vehicles)
Article 17. The following rules and regulations shall apply to the use and handling of motor vehicles operating at the airport, with the exception that they shall not apply in the case of emergency:
(1)No person shall operate any motor vehicle in the restricted areas except as otherwise permitted by the Airport Administrator.
(2)No person shall operate any motor vehicle in hangars other than tractors fitted with exhaust anti-fire protection devices.
(3)Any person, when he parks a motor vehicle at the airport, shall park in the areas specifically established for that purpose and so designated by the Airport Administrator, and in such a manner as prescribed by said authority.
(4)No person shall clean or effect any repairs to a motor vehicle in an area other than that specifically established for that purpose by the Airport Administrator.
(5)No motor bus carrier for hire shall load or unload passengers at the airport at any place other than that designated by the Airport Administrator.
(Prohibited Acts)
Article 18. No person shall commit any of the following acts:
(1)To damage or deface in any way any signs, markings, lawns or any other airport facilities, or parked motor vehicles.
(2)To leave trash or other material at any place other than that specifically designated for that purpose.
(3)To carry or transport any weapon, explosives or inflammable material which is likely to cause injury, without the permission of the Airport Administrator
